Wash the apples, remove the core and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Roughly chop the pistachios, pine nuts and mixed nuts. Combine with marzipan, egg yolks and cream. Fold in the raisins and cranberries. Fill the hollowed apples with the mixture.
Place the apples in a greased baking dish and pour over the white wine, Marsala and orange liqueur. Bake for about 20 minutes.
