
Ingredients
- 300 g plain flour
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of fleur de sel
- 2 eggs
- 400 ml milk
- 50 g melted butter
- 100 g grated Comté cheese
- 100 g wild garlic leaves, chopped
- Pepper
- 200 g fromage frais
- 50 g wild garlic pesto
Instructions
- Mix the flour, baking powder and fleur de sel in a bowl. Make a hole in the centre and beat in the eggs. Stir in the milk, then add the melted butter. Mix until the dough is smooth and lump-free. Add the grated Comté cheese, wild garlic and pepper. Leave to rest for 1 hour.
- If necessary, grease the moulds of a waffle maker. Ladle the batter into the moulds and cook for about 3 minutes. Repeat the process until the batter is used up.
- Top the waffles with the fromage frais and 50 g of wild garlic pesto.
