Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 100 g fresh small mozzarella balls
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, avocado, cucumber, and mozzarella balls.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the salad and toss again.
  5. Transfer the salad to a serving dish and serve immediately.
