
Ingredients
- 2 jars (200 g each) of plain hummus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chickpeas (tinned)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 sprigs flat-leaf parsley
Instructions
- Transfer the hummus to a bowl. Stir well.
- Drain the chickpeas and rinse briefly under running water.
- Blend the hummus with the olive oil, chickpeas, paprika and chopped flat-leaf parsley.
