Pasta Salad with Feta Cheese, Tomatoes & Bacon

Ingredients

  • 500 g LE MOULIN 1704 Spirals
  • 75 g smoked bacon strips
  • 125 g Greek feta cheese
  • 160 g cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • Optional:
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sprig rosemary

Instructions

  1. Cook the Le Moulin 1704 pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Drain the pasta, running cold water over it to cool it.
  3. Sauté the bacon in a frying pan, dice the feta and halve the cherry tomatoes lengthways.
  4. Marinate the pressed garlic cloves and chopped rosemary in olive oil.
  5. Mix everything together in a large bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
