Ingredients
- 500 g LE MOULIN 1704 Spirals
- 75 g smoked bacon strips
- 125 g Greek feta cheese
- 160 g cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- Optional:
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig rosemary
Instructions
- Cook the Le Moulin 1704 pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
- Drain the pasta, running cold water over it to cool it.
- Sauté the bacon in a frying pan, dice the feta and halve the cherry tomatoes lengthways.
- Marinate the pressed garlic cloves and chopped rosemary in olive oil.
- Mix everything together in a large bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
