
Ingredients
- 50 ml white rum
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 30 ml mango puree (blended from fresh mango) or nectar
- 20 ml simple syrup
- Soda water
- Fresh mint leaves
- Crushed ice
Instructions
- In a glass, muddle fresh mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour in the white rum and mango puree.
- Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Top off with soda water.
- Garnish with some mint.
