“Dans le Noir ? ” dining experience is coming to Luxembourg

Eating a meal in complete darkness. Without seeing anything of the place, the plate or even other guests. This is the inclusive concept of the eponymous “Dans le Noir?” group, which was launched in 2004 and has attracted over 2 million visitors worldwide. Get ready for a unique culinary experience as this concept comes to Luxembourg, in partnership with the Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg.

A dinner in the dark is the guarantee of an evening full of surprises. You enter the restaurant in a room completely dark, in a queue, holding each other’s shoulders until you reach your table. Throughout the evening, you will be directed and served by the team of visually impaired guides. What’s on the menu? A total surprise, nothing will be revealed beforehand so that all your senses will be awakened to enjoy your dinner differently.

Taste, textures and smell will be enhanced, as will hearing and touch. Chatting in the dark with the other guests at the table will also be an experience.

“Working on a project such as Dans le Noir? means bringing together several worlds with the ambition of customer satisfaction and experience. Reinventing our daily processes, rediscovering our tastes… All this makes us more agile and allows us to question our true motivations and the desired result. We are grateful for this new exercise and are eager to start this new adventure by giving all our energy” explains Mr. Bram Maes, Director of Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg.

And guess what? We are having a Giveaway on Instagram where you can win an “Ivresse des Sens” Menu to enjoy this fantastic experience, participate HERE.

The restaurant will open its doors on the 10th of November but reservations are already open so don’t hesitate to try the experience or to offer this evening as an original gift!

Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7.30pm
