
Ingredients
- 2 large leeks
- 1 tbsp. liquid honey
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 200 ml double cream
- 2 large eggs
- 20 g butter
- salt
Instructions
- Place the leeks in the bowl and chop for 7 sec/speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
- Add the butter and honey and cook for 10 min/100°C/speed 1 and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Roll out the pastry in the pie dish. Prick and pre-bake for 10 minutes.
- Put the eggs, curry powder and cream in the rinsed bowl, add salt and mix for 30 seconds at speed 4.
- Spread the leeks over the base of the tart, pour in the mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool before cutting and serving.
