Well known to wine lovers, Delhaize does not derogate from its traditional wine fair and will offer a wide choice of promotions and food-pairing from 25 February to 17 March.
The retailer will offer 2+1 free and 25% off promotions on more than 200 wines, sparkling and non-alcoholic wines. In addition, twice a week, Delhaize will display 1+1 promotions to be discovered and tasted in shop. Finally, during the Wine Festival, the information given in the supermarkets will be compiled in a brochure to be kept to discover the best food pairing possibilities. These food pairings will also be visible on the Delhaize website.
New wines from Italy, Belgium as well as from South Africa are also being added to the Delhaize range. Discover them from 25 February in Delhaize shops.
In addition to the wine fair, the company surveyed its Portuguese customers on the quality of its range of Lusitanian products. The results of the survey showed that the range of Portuguese products deserved to be expanded, particularly in the fresh produce, fish and seafood section. Delhaize responded to the call and since February 11th, more than 100 new Portuguese items have been introduced in the shops.
