
Ingredients
- ½ watermelon1 jar feta cubes 300 g20 leaves fresh basil (fresh mint optional)salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Cut the watermelon into 20 bite-sized cubes and remove the seeds.
2. Drain the feta cheese cubes.
3. Place 1 cheese cube, 1 basil leaf and 1 piece of watermelon on a toothpick.
4. Place the skewers on a large plate to serve.
5. Optional : season with salt and pepper.
