
Ingredients
- 1 can diced tomatoes (400 g)
- 3 fresh tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- 3 spring onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 handful cilantro (approx. 15 g)
- Juice of half a lime
- 1 seeded red chilli (optional)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar
Instructions
- Wash the cilantro, spring onions and tomatoes.Â
- Remove the skin from the red onion. Cut off the ends of the spring onions and quarter
the tomatoes. - Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse a few times (you don't want to purée it). Store in the fridge until serving time.
