Available for the first time this summer, Bottega offers Pink Gold Prosecco Doc Rosé, a raw sparkling wine made from a blend of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes. It is characterised by a light pink colour and a fine but persistent sparkle. Its bouquet is rich with distinct floral notes (jasmine, elderflower, rosebud) and fruity notes of pear and white peach. The taste is fresh and tasty!
Developed with expertise in the heart of Italy’s Prosecco DOC region, Pink Gold Prosecco Doc Rosé is grown in ideal conditions to best express the properties of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes. The Prosecco DOC area, located in the Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia regions, is characterised by a mild climate and clay soils of alluvial origin rich in minerals, creating a sublime growing environment. Finally, the wine is grown and made by hand using traditional techniques.
