
Ingredients
- Ingredients Spice Infused Rum:
- 1 bottle of RumISH 0.5 l
- 5 Spice spice mix (available in specialised shops) or your own mixture of star anise, cinnamon, Sechuan pepper, cloves and dried fennel.
- Ingredients Dark'n'Spicy:
- 6 cl Spice Infused RumISH
- 1 cl lime juice
- 1 x Ginger Beer
- Lime wedge or dried lime
- Ice cubes
- Accessories: Funnel Coffee filter
- Glass: Highball glass
Instructions
You first need to make a Spice Infused RumISH.
1. Infused RumISH:
Open the RumISH. Place a funnel in the 0.5l bottle of RumISH and pour three tsp of the 5 Spice spice mix (or your own mix) into the bottle. Tightly close the bottle and leave it upside down overnight. To prepare, filter 6 cl of Spice Infused RumISH through a coffee filter and set aside.Â
2. Dark'n'Spicy:Â
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour lime juice over the ice and top up with Ginger Beer. Float the Spice infused RumISH on top. Garnish with lime wedges or a dried lime slice. Enjoy!
