Luxair and the École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme du Luxembourg join forces for a special Business Class Menu

From the 28th of October, Luxair customers travelling in Business Class will have the pleasure of experiencing a menu prepared by the talented young chefs of the École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme du Luxembourg (EHTL). 

At the beginning of the year, Luxair challenged the young talents of the EHTL, by betting on the freshness of their ideas and their desire to surprise for the preparation of the new menu for the Business Class. Hand in hand with Luxair’s experienced catering chefs, guardians of the secrets of high-altitude catering, they created a winter menu that will be distributed to passengers travelling in Business Class from the 28th October 2021 to the 23rd March 2022.

The high quality menus will be characterised by local and seasonal products. Indeed, the dishes will focus on the riches of nature and will be colorful and tasty. Breakfasts, meals or snacks will be offered, depending on the length and time of the flight. In total, no less than 12 menus have been developed.

Through this initiative, Luxair is pursuing its desire to promote Luxembourg, its know-how and its values. As Gilles Feith, CEO Luxair, points out: “We are very pleased with this opportunity to surround ourselves with young talents from the EHTL for the development of our Business Class menus. We wish to continue to play our role of Luxembourg ambassadors, this time highlighting the culinary talents of young Luxembourg chefs and local products, in order to introduce them to our passengers. “
