
Ingredients
- 225 g flour½ tbsp of salt2 tbsp of baking powder½ tbsp of sodium bicarbonate1 pinch of nutmeg100 g Gruyère AOP Classic, grated or in cubes3 tbsp chives, chopped1â„4 tbsp pili pili flakes120 ml milk2 eggs, lightly beaten80 g butter, melted + 1 teaspoon of butter pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Sift the flour with the salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add the nutmeg, Le Gruyère AOP, chives, pili pili flakes and pepper. Mix well. Set aside. 2. Mix the milk with the eggs and melted butter in a bowl. Slowly stir in the dry ingredients. Mix quickly. The dough should remain lumpy so that the muffin is soft. Divide into buttered muffin cups. 3. Bake for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 200°C. Continue cooking for 10 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
