Luxair is adding one more outlet to its usual points of sale with the opening of a travel agency in the departure hall of Luxembourg airport. The latter comes in addition to its first space exclusively dedicated to the sale of Luxair and LuxairTours flights and stays, located in Munsbach.
Reservations for flights and holiday packages can be made. A more comprehensive range of services will, however, be offered in 2021.
With a “tailor-made” service, Luxair and LuxairTours travel experts will advise and accompany customers in the realisation of their future stays. A multilingual welcome will also be offered.
Customers will be able to go there from Monday to Sunday from 05:00 to 21:00, in complete tranquillity and safety, in compliance with the health measures in place. To enable them to take advantage of this moment of escape, Luxair will offer an hour and a half of free parking on levels -1 to -4 of the airport’s underground car park.
Finally, customers can also choose to visit the travel agency in Munsbach, located in the Luxair administration building at 25, rue Gabriel Lippmann. It is open from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
These two points of sale have also been given a makeover under the “Luxair Travel Store” banner, a concept that will be unveiled in 2021 and will allow customers to immerse themselves even more in the world of travel.
