- 4 drops of lemon juice
- 40 ml coconut cream
- 20 ml full-fat cream
- 60 ml rum
- 80 ml pineapple juice
- 1 slice pineapple + 1 piece to garnish
- Ice
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Fill a glass with crushed ice.
- Pour the mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with a piece of pineapple.
