On 28 and 29 October, Théo Kopp, young Chef de Partie at Ma Langue Sourit, will travel to Milan accompanied by two-Michelin-starred chef Cyril Molard to represent Luxembourg in the final of the San Pellegrino Young Chef Academy.
On the plate, he hopes to impress the jury with the same potée lorraine that earned him his place in the final during the regional selection in Switzerland. “We can work on the presentation and the plate… the product stays the same,” says chef Molard. “I don’t have much room for manoeuvre – we’ll be fine-tuning the details,” adds Théo.
