A Top Chef Discovers Iberian Street Food

The Mediterranean Chef of the Year 2024 according to Gault&Millau, Fernando Andreu, launches a new street food concept with an Iberian twist.

Fernando Andreu has obviously thoroughly studied street food classics. The chef of the gourmet restaurant Bosque FeVi in Esch-sur-Alzette is now launching a new concept on November 26th: Fevi Street.
“Next to our restaurant Bosque FeVi, we already had a ‘little brother’, FeVi Gaudium, which mainly served Spanish classics – Patatas Bravas, Pata Negra, Chorizos, sardines… But I always had Fevi Street in mind: street food with an Iberian touch.”

Creativity and Sun-Drenched Flavors

¡Adios! FeVi Gaudium, ¡Hola! Fevi Street. On the menu: Chef Andreu’s creativity, paired with Spanish and South American flavors. Chorizo hot dog, Croque-Monsieur with Pata Negra, Bao burger with Galician beef, Iberian pork ribs with Chimichurri sauce, Flammkuchen with Sobrasada, Fish’n Chips with Bacalhau, Lentil falafel, Arroz Seco (Paella-style)… “And a selection of Croquetas that we’ve kept from our FeVi Gaudium menu,” explains the chef.

Between 8 and 12 €

“People will come here to eat something small. They’ll choose 2, 3, maybe 4 small dishes.” All this in an exceptional setting, in the middle of the forest above Esch-sur-Alzette, comfortably situated in the library of the SixSeven Hotel. Expect prices between 8 and 12 € per dish.
