After 11 successful years and the opening of 4 renowned establishments and a catering service, Jan Schneidewind and his partners have decided to part ways.
It was agreed to restructure the organisation around a passionate and experienced team.
With the heritage of a quality, artisanal and local cuisine, the historical partners continue to operate all the entities rooted in the gastronomic scene of Luxembourg.
Julie Thiry, takes over the management of the establishments, she will be surrounded by Sébastien Périé, manager of L’Atelier Windsor at Place de l’étoile, Luigi Bucca, manager of B13 in Bertrange, Bruno Gosset, manager of Hesper Park in Hesperange and Carlo Birel, manager of Cantine Windsor in Bertrange.
It is planned that Jan Schneidewind will take over a new project in his own name on the 1st of May 2020.
