
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas (about 220g)
- 130g oats (gluten free)
- 30g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel the bananas and mix them in a blender or simply mash them with a fork.
- Add the oats and the chocolate chips to the banana mash and combine.
- With a spoon, gently place little heaps of batter on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 180°C.
