Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (about 220g)
  • 130g oats (gluten free)
  • 30g chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel the bananas and mix them in a blender or simply mash them with a fork.
  3. Add the oats and the chocolate chips to the banana mash and combine.
  4. With a spoon, gently place little heaps of batter on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes at 180°C.
