
Ingredients
- 500 g Dandelion
- 150 g bacon, diced
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 hardboiled eggs
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 4 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt, pepper, mustard
- Bread cubes
- Some butter
Instructions
- Clean the dandelion leaves, wash and dry well. Fry the bacon in its own fat in a hot pan.
- Add the dandelion to a bowl and add the bacon (without the fat). Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Peel the eggs and cut into small cubes or quarters.
- Prepare a salad dressing with the onions, vinegar, oil and seasoning and drizzle over the dandelion leaves.
- Mix well and serve topped with the croutons previously fried in butter until crispy.
