In the test kitchen, the air is filled with the aroma of sizzling butter and onions. On the menu: Risotto all’Amarone. Half a bottle of the fine red wine is used in the dish. The setting: a side building of the mansion built by Dante Alighieri’s eldest son. Guests of the winery here prepare a light lunch under the guidance of chef Vitangelo Galluzzi.
