Thanks to the antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of sulphites the preservation of wine can be increased. However, it turns out that unfortunately some people react sensitively to sulphites. This observation led Domaine Kox to innovate by offering an exclusivity: the 1st Luxembourg Cremant “Without added sulphites”. Technically, the production of this Crémant is a challenge, which the winegrower managed to overcome in order to create a high quality Cremant.
The new Cuvée is now available in Domaine Kox’s online shop, at Wanderscheid and in the Oak Bistro !
