Ingredients

  • 200 g rice
  • 50 g quinoa
  • 20 g brown sugar
  • 125 g semi-salted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g water

Instructions

  1. Place the rice in the mixing bowl and grind for 1 min 30 sec / speed 10 and set aside
  2. Put the quinoa in the mixing bowl and grind for 1 min 30 sec / speed 10 and set aside.
  3. Put the sugar and egg in the mixing bowl and mix for 30 seconds on speed 4.
  4. Add the soft butter, rice and quinoa flours, and water to the mixing bowl and turn on the Kneading mode /2 min.
  5. Transfer the dough to a sheet of cling film, wrap it up and set it aside in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight.
  6. Unwrap the dough and place it on a floured work surface, then roll it out with a rolling pin. Line a pie tin or use a cookie cutter to cut out tarts.
