After parting ways with the Windsor group a few months ago, Jan Schneidewind is back and takes over the Kava restaurant in Bertrange.
The restaurant previously owned by Max & Marc Hobscheit, is set to reopen on the 8th of June with at its head Jan Schneidewind, whilst Emanuele Criscione will keep control of the management.
The menu won’t change much even if the wood fire cooking will nearly completely disappear to give way to new summer ready culinary creations such as watermelon, bonito carpaccio or rigatoni with grilled octopus.
