La Cristallerie unveils updated culinary concept

On April 24, 2025, La Cristallerie in Luxembourg City introduces a new culinary direction focused on seasonality, high-quality ingredients, and a modern interpretation of fine dining.

Head chef Milan Brée, who has been active in Luxembourg’s gastronomy scene for several years, offers a product-driven cuisine presented through three set tasting menus: Reflet (3 courses), Éclat (5 courses), and Cristal (7 courses). Pastry chef Damien Grandclaude is responsible for the dessert creations that conclude the meal.

Originally from Nantes, Brée brings experience from Michelin-starred restaurants and aligns his approach with the values of Relais & Châteaux“”emphasising seasonality, precision, and sustainability.

The restaurant, located on Place d’Armes, offers a refined setting with attentive, personalised service.
