For fifteen years, the “Macaroon Day” has been an opportunity to celebrate spring with sweetness and delicacy, while supporting great causes! Every year, renowned Relais Desserts craftsmen join this solidarity initiative in their shops in Luxembourg and around the world.
The 2020 edition of “Macaroon Day” is the result of a meeting between photographer Stéphane de Bourgies (President of Zazakely Sambatra) and pastry chefs Relais Desserts Pierre Hermé and Vincent Guerlais (President Relais Desserts), who are working for the second year jointly for the benefit of the children of Madagascar.
For this 15th edition of the “Macaroon Day”, on March 20, Relais Desserts members will each be selling six macaroons with flavors reminiscent of Madagascar (chocolate, vanilla, spicy fragrances, etc.), including a signature creation in certain Houses.

All proceeds from the day’s sales will be donated to the Zazakely Sambatra association.
