Ingredients

  • 50 ml white rum
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice
  • 30 ml mango puree (blended from fresh mango) or nectar
  • 20 ml simple syrup
  • Soda water
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. In a glass, muddle fresh mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  3. Pour in the white rum and mango puree.
  4. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Top off with soda water.
  6. Garnish with some mint.
