
Ingredients
- 200 g of pasta
- piece of parmigiano cheeseÂ
- For the meatballs
- 800 g of ground beef
- 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2Â eggs
- 50 g oregano (finely chopped)
- pepper and salt
- mix all the above ingredients and put in the fridgeÂ
- For the tomato sauce
- 2 kg of tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 red onion
- 5 sprigs of flat parsley
- 1 bunch of basil
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
Tomate Sauce
- Cut the red onion into half strips and fry them in olive oil
- Finely chop the garlic and cook over high heat
- Once they are nicely browned, add the tomato paste.
- Coarsely chop the tomatoes and add them to the onion and garlic
- Cook the tomatoes until they have lost all their moisture
- Mix everything together
Meatballs
- Shape the meatballs and let them brown in a pan.
- Now pour over the sauce and simmer until the meatballs are cooked
Pasta
- Fill a pot with water and add salt (10g/L)
- Cook the pasta and drain when cooked
- Mix the pasta into the sauce
- Finely chop the basil and parsley and mix into the sauce
- Top with parmesan flakes
