
Ingredients
- 2 l red wine
- 1 orange
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 5 cloves
- 2 star anise
- sugar to taste
Instructions
Heat the wine, but do not let it boil. Wash the orange and slice it with the peel. Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, orange slices and star anise to the pot and leave to infuse. Finally, add the sugar.
