
Ingredients
- 3 pears
- 150 g camembert
- 80 g cranberry compote
Instructions
1. Wash the pears, dab dry, quarter them and remove the seeds. Cut quarters into slices.
2. Cut the cheese into slices. Put some pear slices, cranberry compote and a slice of camembert in a small pan and gratinate under the raclette grill.
