After training at the prestigious Paul Bocuse Institute, and after having worked in many beautiful houses including the Toit pour toi and Mosconi, Caroline Esch took over the reins of the former Pavillon Madeleine in Kayl under the new name Pavillon Eden Rose.
In a new decor in pale pink, white, and grey, it will open its doors on June 9. Generosity, sharing and simplicity are the key words of this new gourmet address.
