
Ingredients
- 1 packet puff pastry, rolled out ready to bake
- 100 g Grana Padano DOP (PDO) "Riserva"
- 250 g ricotta cheese
- 6 pears
- 1 radicchio
- 2 eggs
- 50 g walnut kernels
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the radicchio into fine strips and sauté in a little olive oil in a non-stick pan. Season with a pinch each of salt and pepper.
- Mix the ricotta cheese, olive oil, eggs, radicchio and grated Grana Padano "Riserva"and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Line a round baking tin with the puff pastry and prick it with a fork. Spread the ricotta mixture on top with a spoon.
- Cut the pears into thin slices and place on top of the topping, sprinkle with grated Grana Padano cheese and walnut kernels, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve the tart lukewarm.
