Ingredients

  • 250 g peeled shrimps
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 tbs chopped parsley
  • zest of 1 lime
  • Spices (1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, salt to taste)
  • tortilla bread
  • salad
  • avocado
  • red onions
  • Optional: 1/2tsp chili powder & 1/4tsp ginger powder
  • Garnish:
  • salad
  • avocado
  • red onions
  • lime juice

Instructions

  1. Heat up the oil in a pan and then add garlic
  2. Once golden brown add all the spices and stir
  3. Then add the shrimps and stir for a minute
  4. The add the parsley and lemon zest, cover the pan and sauté for 5 minutes
  5. Your shrimps are now ready for assembly. For the best tacos add avocado, onions, salad and lime juice with the shrimps in toasted corn tortilla bread.
