
Ingredients
- 400 g mixed minced meat
- 2 avocados
- 1 red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 hot pepper
- 200 g diced tomatoes
- 200 g Kidney beans
- 75 g corn
- 1 pack of chilli con carne spices
- 2 limes
- 4 wrap tortillas
- Chilli explosion spices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Coriander
Instructions
- Peel and cut the red onion into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the chilli lengthways and remove the seeds. Finely chop one half.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and simmer the red onion with the garlic and chilli until cooked. Add the minced meat and stir-fry. Then add the tomato cubes and chilli con carne spices. Mix well, then add the Kidney beans and corn. Stir well and cook for a few minutes.
- Cut the avocado into pieces and season with the juice and zest of half a lime. Sprinkle the pieces with the Chili Explosion spices to taste.
- Meanwhile, heat the wrap tortillas.
- Place the minced meat mixture in the middle and the avocado pieces on top. Garnish with coriander and a few lime quarters.
