The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list has been unveiled!

On Wednesday 20 June, the world of gastronomy gathered in Valencia to unveil the list of the world’s 50 best restaurants at the World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards 2023, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna.

C’est un restaurant péruvien qui monte sur la première marche cette année : le Central à Lima, dirigé par les chefs Virgilio Martinez et Pía León.

Only four French restaurants made the list, including 3 for the first time: Table de Bruno Verjus, which received the Highest New Entry Award 2023 by entering directly at No. 10, Septime (24th place) and newcomers Plénitude (36th) and La Grenouillère, in La Madelaine-Sous-Montreuil (48th), the only address outside of Paris.

No Luxembourgish restaurants in the list…

Belgium came 39th with The Jane in Antwerp, and Berlin came 40th and 45th with its Restaurant Tim Raue and Nobelhart & Schmutzig.
