
Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 g water
Instructions
- Put the flour, butter, salt and water in the bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed
- Remove the dough from the bowl and form into a flattened ball.
- Wrap in cling film and place in the fridge until ready to use, or use shortcrust pastry as required.
Notes
The dough can be prepared one day in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days (or up to 3 months in the freezer).
