Ingredients

  • 200 g spelt flour (or other flour)
  • 150 ml spelt milk (or alternative milk substitute)
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or syrup
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • Topping of your choice: sugar, dried fruit, nuts, syrup...

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, spelt milk, apple juice, sugar, baking powder and salt with a mixer to a smooth dough
  2. Core the apple and cut it into thin slices. Quarter the slices.
  3. Heat some oil in a frying pan and put the dough into the pan. Press the apple pieces into the dough.
  4. After about 2 minutes turn the crêpe and heat it up for another 2 minutes
