
Ingredients
- 200 g dried cranberries 200 ml brown rum4 organic oranges1 l red wine1 ½ l cranberry juice 4 cinnamon sticks8 star anise6 tsp rock sugar
Instructions
Sprinkle the cranberries with rum and leave to infuse for 1 hour. Wash the oranges in hot water and cut into slices. Heat the oranges with the cranberries, red wine, cranberry juice, cinnamon sticks and star anise in a pan but do not boil. Finally, sweeten with sugar.
