Want to keep summer going a little longer? There’s nothing like brightening up your home with beautiful bouquets. And for even more satisfaction – why not make the bouquets yourself? Here are four places where you can pick your own flowers.
Flower meadows in Bertrange
Along the Route du Luxembourg (just past Co-Labor), the commune of Bertrange, in collaboration with Jean-Luc Friederich of Findelshaff, has sown a wide variety of flowers. The main aim is to provide a natural habitat for bees, the second one ? Allow everyone to come and pick up the flowers. For free. Yes, you read that right!
What to bring: secateurs.

Fierkelshaff in Hovelange
Open 7 days a week, all day long, the flower fields in Hovelange welcome everyone to come and pick and create their own bouquet. Right now, you’ll find gladioli, sunflowers and dahlias.
Payment is made in cash or via Payconiq on site. It is all about trust!
A Lill – Haff in Keispelt
Here the Peller family has a very large garden, full of flowers as well as vegetables. Both can be harvested yourself, seven days a week.
All the tools you need are provided – from secateurs for flowers to wheelbarrows for vegetables.
Kapenaker Blooms in Kapenaker
Stefanie Hildebrand has a passion for flowers! Her house is surrounded by them, and everyone is welcome to join her for a moment to learn more about wildflowers, how to cut them, arrange them into a bouquet and keep them fresh.
Contact her directly to organise a floral workshop.
