
Ingredients
- 150 g wild garlic leaves
- 60 g walnuts
- 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Blend the wild garlic, walnuts, grated Parmesan, salt and pepper, gradually adding olive oil, until you obtain a grainy paste.
- Transfer to a jar and refrigerate. Use within seven days.
Notes
Before using the wild garlic, soak it for a few minutes in cold water with some white vinegar or baking soda.
