The idea? Every three weeks, visitors can enjoy a new culinary experience, offering a preview of what&#8217;s to come at the GRIDX food hall, set to launch on 1st September in Wickrange.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A\u00a0taste of\u00a0what&#8217;s to\u00a0come<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Studio Taste is located on the former site of the wine bar\u00a0<em>Barrels<\/em>\u00a0at the Glacis (All\u00e9e Scheffer), and will remain open until September. &#8220;Taste\u00a0will be the name of the GRIDX food hall. The aim here is to give people a feel for the street food atmosphere that we&#8217;re creating for the food hall&#8217;s opening in September,&#8221; explains St\u00e9phanie Reuter, who oversees both the organisation of the Taste food hall and Studio Taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spread over 2,500 square metres, Taste to be opened in Wickrange in the huge GRIDX complex, will offer a global culinary journey with a street food twist, housing 16 food stands. At the decks: DJ Oreo. On the plate: a breakfast menu featuring waffles, fruit, granola, and pastries. &#8220;Everything is prepared in-house by our executive chef,&#8221; says St\u00e9phanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ordering and payment are done via a QR code placed on the table. &#8220;We&#8217;re trialling the system that will be used in the future food hall,&#8221;\u009d she explains.
