If you know Raphael Betti and Kartik Sati, you might have guessed it would involve drinks and staging \u2013 but the actual project still came as a real surprise.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clues were already there upon arrival: the hosts wore green ties, a DJ booth stood in the corner next to a barstool, a beer keg and a warning cone \u2013 all painted in vivid green. And while many were probably expecting signature cocktails, it was Bofferding beer that was served instead. If you could put two and two together, you were likely on the right track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A fresh take on a cult favourite<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After a bit of preamble, the moment arrived: the new logo of \u201cGr\u00e9ngt Spill\u201d was unveiled \u2013 yes, <em>that<\/em> Gr\u00e9ngt Spill, the iconic drinks stand from Brasserie Nationale, which has stood in exactly the same spot on the Schueberfouer for over 50 years. That these two are now taking it over is no coincidence: both ran their own stands on the Glacis last year and know the Fouer from the inside \u2013 not just as visitors, but as active participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new look marks the start of a rebranding that goes well beyond appearances. The whole setup is set to be reimagined, expanded and gradually transformed over the next few years. More music, more vibe, more vision. But not all at once \u2013 this is a process. Last year, he appeared on the Fouer with a one-off B.A.C. stand \u2013 a stylish guest appearance, but not a recurring one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kartik Sati, meanwhile, travels to events throughout the year with his silver Airstream trailer <a href=\"https:\/\/vanguards.eu\/kachen\/en\/the-alchemist-a-cocktail-esque-attraction\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">\u201cThe Alchemist\u201d<\/span><\/a> \u2013 which will continue to appear at the Schueberfouer as an independent presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e9ngt Spill, however, is a stand-alone project \u2013 separate from B.A.C. and The Alchemist. It\u2019s a joint venture by the two, building on their experience but deliberately forging its own identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Farewell and fresh start<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For those who love Gr\u00e9ngt Spill just the way it is \u2013 don\u2019t worry. This year, the stand will remain largely unchanged. The transformation is set to begin with the 2026 season.
