Pink-ribbon campaigns have become an iconic symbol representing breast cancer awareness \u2014 a reminder of the fight we are all in together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pink Ribbons, Big Impact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This month isn\u2019t just about ribbons \u2014 it is about action. Whether it\u2019s wearing pink, donating to a cause, or simply taking the time to learn more about breast cancer, every little bit helps. Pink hair ties, scarves, jackets, socks, or even a whole outfit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bake for a Cause<\/strong>: Bake some pink cupcakes or cookies (yes, the pink frosting is non-negotiable!) and host a little bake sale to raise funds for breast cancer research. You\u2019ll have fun, eat sweet treats, and feel great about making a positive impact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Share Your Story<\/strong>: If you or someone you know has been affected by breast cancer, sharing your story can help others feel seen and supported. It\u2019s a powerful way to inspire others to stay positive and proactive with their health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brands Supporting October Rose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hotel Le Place d\u2019Armes<\/strong> stands in solidarity with breast cancer patients and survivors by partnering with Fondation Cancer Luxembourg. Throughout the month, guests and supporters can take part in a series of special events designed to unite elegance, kindness and community spirit for a cause that matters deeply to the Maison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Awareness Conference:<\/em> On 28 October at 3 p.m., Le Place d\u2019Armes will host a public session led by specialists from Fondation Cancer Luxembourg, followed by a convivial sweet break. Attendance is free, but places are limited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Pink Pilates:<\/em> Join Whitney from Rise &amp; Barre Pilates for supportive Pilates classes on 19 and 26 October, with part of the proceeds going to Fondation Cancer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Signature Cocktail:<\/em> The 18 Bar offers a \u201cThink Pink\u201d cocktail, with \u20ac7 per drink donated to breast cancer research and patient care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oberweis<\/strong>, the classic Luxembourgish confectionery, is doing its part to spread awareness and raise money for this disease. In collaboration with organisation <em>Think Pink<\/em>, they have created an almond, raspberry short crust pastry, with a portion of the profits to be donated to <em>Think Pink<\/em> in support of breast cancer awareness and research. Dubbed the <em>Pink Lady<\/em>, this delicious pastry will be available in all Oberweis stores from 1 to 31 October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Auchan <\/strong>is also supporting breast cancer research through donations of \u20ac1 for every pink product that is purchased in store or through Auchan-Drive. Special, pink-themed products are on sale as well this October, such as flower bouquets and macarons to advocate for the established initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chocolaterie RG<\/strong> in Dudelange is representing breast cancer awareness through a pink interpretation of the G\u00eblle Fra, whose crown held high above her head, illustrating the triumph of breast cancer survivors, and the ongoing fight for patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, century-old brand, <strong>Kaempff-Kohler<\/strong>, is selling two new pastries whose profits will be donated to Europa Donna.
