« Craft et Compagnie » includes a new winemaker in its selection and this time it is their first female winemaker! Champagne Guiborat thus becomes the 19th wine estate on offer and completes their selection of great Chardonnay Champagnes.
The Fouquet family has been rooted in Champagne since 1880. Karine and Richard, a couple of passionate winemakers, are in charge of the Guiborat estate. They embody the 5th generation and look after an 8 ha estate, 3 ha of which are dedicated to the production of the estate’s vintages.
A production limited to 25,000 bottles where patience is religion, without rush and always with great care. Uncompromising quality as the only compass. All this with humility, sincerity and integrity.
In order to always best satisfy its customers, « Craft et Compagnie » is launching a new initiative, namely the 6-bottle ‘Discovery’ case dedicated 100% to one producer.
