Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker*, fill with ice and shake well.
Strain into your cocktail glass.
Garnish with a pear fan.
Garnish: Make a pear fan by cutting a small, thin (5 mm) wedge of pear. Slice into 3โ5 thinner slices and fan out.* If you don't have a cocktail shaker, use a plastic water bottle or any sturdy clip-lock plastic container.
