Ingredients

  • 60 ml gin
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice
  • 20 ml simple syrup
  • 4-5 slices of cucumber
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • Soda water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves.
  2. Add gin, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
  4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  5. Top off with soda water.
  6. Garnish with one or more slices of cucumber and mint.
