
Ingredients
- 220 g pitted dates
- 70 g honey or agave syrup
- 64 g creamy peanut butter
- 112 g almonds
- 135 g oatmeal
- 30 g goji berries
Instructions
- Blend the dates in a processor for about 1 minute.
- Roast the almonds and oats in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Put the oats, almonds and dates in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat the honey and peanut butter in a saucepan until smooth and liquid. Stir well and add the oats, dates and almonds.
- Once thoroughly combined, pour into a container with greaseproof paper. Sprinkle with goji berries.
- Press the mixture with a glass to form a smooth surface and leave to cool before placing in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from container and cut into bars

The bars can be stored in the fridge for about 5 days.
