Ingredients

  • 1 tin of Aguja de Conservas de Cambados (sea needle)
  • 30 g fresh goat cheese
  • 10 sprigs of chives
  • Leaves of 2 tarragon stems
  • leaves of 5 chervil stems
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. capers
  • salt and pepper
  • Crackers

Instructions

  1. Put the chives, tarragon and chervil in the bowl and blend in Turbo/0.5 sec/1 time. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
  2. Blend again in Turbo/0.5 sec/1 time.
  3. Add the fish, fresh goat's cheese and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and blend for 10 sec/speed 3 until smooth, but not too smooth.
  4. Add the capers and blend again for 5 seconds/speed 3. Serve chilled.
  5. Place in a pretty jar, top with a chervil leaf and serve with olive oil crackers.

Notes

You can replace the sea needle with mackerel.
